Return policy

We believe that customer satisfaction is the key; therefore we stand behind all products bought at our site.

Business Partners / Sellers have a simple return policy under which you can return a product received by you in a damaged or defective condition, wrong item sent from the Business Partner / Seller. In case of categories like Apparel and Footwear, the return policy is also applicable if the product does not fit you due to a size mismatch.

There is a 48 hours return policy, which means that you can request a return of the product within 48 hours of receiving the product. Plus, the product to be returned must reach our Business Partner's / Sellers' address within a maximum 7 working days from the date of delivery to you.

In case the returned product is eligible for a replacement, our Business Partner / Seller will send the replacement to the same shipping address of the customer, subject to the availability of the stock of the product.

However for certain items a sale is final, returns for replacement/refunds/exchange under certain scenarios will NOT be accepted as given below:

  • Request for return is made after 48 hours of receiving the product by you.
  • Product is used, worn, altered or is not in its original condition. The product should not be washed or ironed.
  • In case Buyer orders a wrong item, Buyer shall not be entitled to any return/refund.
  • Products are returned without its Invoice, original packaging, freebies or accessories.
  • Product was damaged after use/opening.
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product.
  • Products like healthcare products, customised products, innerwear, freebies, bullion, swimming suit, perishables including flowers edible productsetc. do not qualify for replacement, exchanges or refund.
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
  • Product with tampered or missing serial number/IMEI number/UPC number.
  • Missing manufacturer tag especially in case of apparel and footwear.
  • Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
  • Please note that items on sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Please note that shipping charges will not be re-imbursed.

25. Cookie Information: The site may contain cookie technology, which collects non-personal information about you which is used to customize the web site for your future use. By using our website and agreeing to this policy, you consent to our use of cookies.

26.Breach without limiting other remedies that the Company may pursue, the Company may at its sole discretion take such action as it deems fit including but not limited to cancellation of the Transaction or payments made, limit your activity, immediately remove your information or listings, or ends your listing, warn other Users of your actions, forthwith temporarily/indefinitely suspend or terminate or block your membership, and/or refuse to provide you with access to the Website or initiate any legal action it may deem fit, particularly in the event:

  • You breach any of the provisions of this User Agreement including any of the rules and policies, documents, terms and conditions made there under which are incorporated therein by reference;
  • Any misuse of the online payment Facility
  • The Company is unable to verify or authenticate any information provided by you;
  • The Company believes that your actions may cause legal liability to the Company, other Users or yourself.
    Yes, it's important that the product is sent back with proof of purchase, in its original packaging, original manufacturer tags, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered (including any free or complimentary items).
  • We will arrange a reverse pickup once for an exchange or refund for an order. Any reverse shipment charges shall be borne by the customer.

If an order has been shipped and returned for whatever reason Shipping/handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping charge will be deducted if you do not accept the order on delivery.

Refund if any:- We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
